3-4 pieces of cooked and crumbled uncured Bacon (reserve fat)
1 Lb Fresh of Frozen Green Beans
1 Tsp. Himalayan or Sea Salt
1 Tsp. Smoked Paprika
1 Tsp. Chili Powder
2 Tsp. Garlic Powder
Pepper to taste.
1. Cook Bacon- crumble and set aside. Reserve a TBSP or 2 of the Bacon fat in the Pan.
2. Add the Green Beans and Spices to the Pan and cook until just tender.
3. Stir in a TBSP or so of real butter
