“Shake and Bake” breading for chicken, pork chops and fish
- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 teaspoons sea salt
- 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
Put all ingredients into Ziplock gallon size bag. Put in meat of choice and gently shake the bag until it is coated completely. Using tongs pull out your meat and fry or bake as desired.
