Sweet & Tangy Kohlrabi Slaw

Special guest blog recipe from Dr. Christy Porterfield

1/3 large kohlrabi, diced
1/2 red bell pepper, diced
1/2 green apple, diced

Tangy dressing:
2T white wine vinegar
1T raw honey
1/4 t powdered ginger
4T olive oil
Pinch of black pepper
Pinch of salt

Whisk together and pour over diced vegetables. Enjoy!
