Figgy Bites

Try Dr. Christy’s delicious figgy bites!

One of my favorite parts of doing the Standard Process 21 Day Cleanse is trying new recipes. These little figgy bites with a cup of tea are a fabulous afternoon snack.

These have:
– 1.5c shredded coconut
– 1 c figs
– 2 t melted coconut oil
– 2 T coconut milk
– 1 t vanilla
– .5t cinnamon
– pinch of salt

Combine all ingredients in a food processor until well blended. Form into bite-sized balls and roll in shredded coconut. Chill in fridge or freezer. I like them better in the freezer, but it’s pure personal preference, Dr. Christy
