Vegan Chocolate Chi Pudding
A Healthy Holiday Treat!
1 can full fat coconut milk
1/4 c. Chia seeds
Mix well & refrigerate overnight
Blend chia & coconut milk until smooth. Add in:
– 1T Cacao powder
– 1t to 1T Maple Syrup or stevia equivalent
– 1t vanilla
Chill 1 hour and garnish with fruit of your choice. Blueberries or Strawberries are my favorite. 🍓🌴 Enjoy, Dr. Christy
